Buy by Obama for $1.85 million

It's going to cost at least $1.85 million to move next door to the Obamas.

That's the price set Monday for the 103-year-old Kenwood colonial bordering the Chicago home owned by President and Mrs. Obama.

"Our plan was to start without pricing just to see what people would do," Garrison said Monday, adding the sale drew "international interest" and nearly 100,000 hits on his firm's Web site.
