Airhart Construction recently opened a new rowhome model at Courthouse Square—site of the historic DuPage County Courthouse campus that is being converted into a master-planned, mixed-use community that will include 50 Georgian-style luxury rowhomes priced from $599,900 near downtown Wheaton.
The Blanchard has three-bedrooms and three-and-a-half-baths. Like the other rowhomes, it has four levels, which are accessed by a private in-home elevator—a standard amenity. The lower level includes a two-car underground garage and home theater room.
The main floor features a great room, dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen. The second floor includes a master bedroom suite with a sitting area and master bath, as well as a second bedroom. The upper level has a third bedroom, full bathroom, family room with in-law option kitchen, and access to a private roof terrace.
“The Blanchard, like any of our designs at Courthouse Square, can be extensively customized to cater to your distinctive tastes and lifestyle preferences,” said sales manager Heather Mistele. “So if you want to move walls, reconfigure living spaces, add a computer niche, expand a closet—you name it—we can accommodate those requests. Our layouts are extremely flexible.”
Other amenities include the community center building, which hosues a fitness center, outdoor pool and a fully furnished hospitality suite complete with a gourmet kitchen for parties and meetings. Courthouse Square’s homeowners are able to enjoy these amenities as soon as they move in.
Airhart Construction’s new Blanchard model and sales center is located at 313 Liberty St. and open from noon. to 5 p.m. daily, Saturday through Thursday or by appointment. To reach the community, take I-88 west to I-355 north and exit at Roosevelt Road west; take Roosevelt Road to Naperville Road; turn right and take Naperville Road to Liberty Street; turn right and follow the signs to the new model.
