The Chicago Association of Realtors reports that median
condo values in Lakeview rose 5.51 percent to $333,400, and 5.7 percent to $222,500
in Albany Park. Condo values appreciated 8.95 percent to $280,450 in Lincoln
Square in 2007.
“There currently are some wonderful choices in high-demand
North Side and Northwest Side neighborhoods,” said Charles Huzenis of Jameson
Realty Group, which is marketing condominium projects in Bucktown, Lakeview
Andersonville and Jefferson Park.
